We offer designs from our online catalog that have been developed by our in-house jewelry designers. Relevant pricing quotes will be emailed to you upon request.
We offer a professional design team that operates in accordance with quality control standards to provide continuous monitoring of quality and precision. Prior to production of your designs, pre-production samples are approved that meet your specifications.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Please understand that all sales are considered final. Damaged or defective jewelry may be exchanged within 15 days of the receipt of goods. Please contact Donna Kelly Jewelry at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective products received. Customers are required to email us the photo(s) of and problem(s) found in the returned goods within the warranty period. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the transit company. Please do not ship your item(s) until you’ve received a confirmation from us that we will honor your return. We are not responsible for tracking your return and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
